Mack Morris Heating and Air Conditioning

Mack Morris installed a new HVAC system in my rental unit(July, 25) and did an excellent job throughout the process, from estimate to installation. The unit has been working great since the installation. I had to recently call them to address a problem with the system and they promptly came to address the issue and provided the fix needed to correct the problem. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Robert was easy to work, followed through on his commitment to address the problem. The office staff was friendly and able to address my needs and set up the appts. I have been very pleased with the company and their employees and would recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Aaron was amazing! Not only did he arrive on time but he did a very thorough check of my HVAC system, which had not been checked since 2021 because I bought the house from the prior owner who had died… Aaron not only explained what he was doing and why but he.showed me how to clean my condensator (I may not have the term exactly correct but the most important thing is I know what to do!) in between 6 month maintenance visits . He also was very good about checking the temperature flow in the laundry room, which is off the bathroom as I explained that it was very cold in that laundry room, and he made a recommendation to possibly enlarge the vent to allow for better heat flow. Our service experience with Mack Morris more specifically Sierra has been excellent. She thorough, detailed and knowledgeable. We plan to schedule all future routine service appointment with her. Mack Morris services and repairs my HVAc and my mother's system as well. They are prompt, efficient, and reliable in emergencies. Logan recently caught a problem at my mother's early and fixed it before the heat could fail. Great job.

After calling Mack Morris they were able to come out so quick! JT was professional and kind. He arrived on time and was able to answer all my questions. He was thorough and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using their services again.
