The guys were on time and got right to work. I was absolutely amazed at how great the stairs and rugs looked! I cannot say enough good things about Stanley Steemer!! Even got almost all of the Charlottesville red dirt out of every rug! Highly recommend! Will definitely be scheduling again to do the third floor!!

Jordan called me to let me know he was 10 minutes away. When he arrived, he was very professional and polite. He got out all of the equipment he needed including protective covers for the doors and flooring. He worked nonstop, cleaning and deodorizing two sofas and two recliners. The furniture looks like new. We were very pleased with the job that was completed by Jordan. We would not hesitate to call Stanley Steemer for any future furniture or rug cleaning needs.

Great service, arrived promptly & Dominque was absolutely amazing. Not only was he great when explaining the entire process & what it entailed but he even helped us shovel our driveway that was packed with ice. The carpets look great but honestly the service is what will turn us into repeat customers. Highly recommend.
