My system continually was having backup issues. With a spider web’s of piping consisting of mine and my neighbors systems tied together and old abandoned systems, Mack was able to find the exact pipes that were mine, assisted with technology that only the pros have. Following diagnosing the issue, they came up with a great plan of tying into my old cast iron piping system and replacing bad pipe with new PVC and giving me two new clean outs to make snaking any potential issues in the future much easier. (Previously I had to snake through many 90 degree bends from inside the house to get to the problematic area due to bad plumbing design).
