Went there today to get my propane tank refilled and while I was waiting for the employee to come outside to fill the tank up I ran out of gas in my car (I know silly me!) but because of my having to wait a few minutes for the employee to come outside she gave me a discount and when I told her that I ran out of gas and I apologized about my car being in the way she asked if I had a gas can which I did not so she offered me theirs so we went to get their can and when she picked it up it was already full of gas and she told me to go ahead and use it and I offered to replace the gas that I used and she told me that I was good that I didn’t need to replace it. This storage unit location was very getto from the beginning starting with the staff very unprofessional infront of customers. They also reached out to me about a payment that wasn't due till the 26 of the month on Oct 14th. They also called me about my unit being unsecure when I was the only person who was supposed to have the key. Someone oped it stole two of my most expensive things in my boxes. Than didn't look at no camera in the email the sent me saying there denials my claim I need to go through my own insurance. I wouldn't go back here at all. My experience with U-Haul and this vehicle was very bad. For about an hour, I struggled with the mobile app just trying to get the truck. The app kept asking me to “take a picture” again and again. I took more than 100 pictures, but it never confirmed if they were added—it just kept asking. I called customer service, and after waiting about 5 minutes someone finally answered, only to say, “Oh sorry, this isn’t my department” and transferred me. Nobody ever picked up the transferred call. I then went inside to ask for help, but the staff member said he had never used the app and didn’t know how it works, and just told me to try again. I have been reaching out to this U-Haul since , August 8, the first day of service and have yet to speak to anyone. We were sold a storage unit 0234 by Michelle M that was already in use and did not find out until we went to use the unit. We have been unable to speak with anyone other than customer service who switched me to 4 people after using their chat due to being on hold for customer service for 15 minutes and then putting in for a callback before I actually spoke with someone who could help.
