I first put my pool in around 4 years ago. I wanted a custom pool with some unique features and I met with three of the well known companies in my area to discuss the project. I chose Mackie Brothers because of their professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to let me be creative with the design. I couldn’t be happier with my choice! In addition to providing a superior build, their customer service is excellent! I have experienced some Issues with equipment such as a valve that goes bad or the acid auto feeder acts up, but they always address it in a timely manner. I don’t care who you use or what equipment you have - if you put in a pool, especially one with lots of high tech stuff, something is bound to go wrong and you need a company that will stand behind their build. I have had two pools built with Mackie Brothers / Blue Haven pools and absolutely loved both results! From the design phase, the team provided several great ideas to customize the builds to my requirements. Material selection and equipment is top notch, and has run reliably since you install. After install I have always relied on Mackie Brothers to address any concerns/small issues to ensure optimized operation and maintenance of the pool and spa.
