Dale came out to look at my broken shower and gave me an estimate. The estimate was a lump sum amount to change out shower glass door using existing hardware. He said he could do it within the next week. He was $300 more than a competitor, but we had guests coming to stay with us so we decided to use him. Once he arrived, he said that I needed new hardware and that he would have to come back. I told him never mind that I would call the other company that was cheaper to do the work. Then he said I can do it for that price and told me that he took all my hardware with him (needed to clean it - which was a lie - probably going to make it work on the incorrect holes).
