Once that was clear, he walked me through two clear options—a “Good” and a “Better” estimate—so I could make an informed decision. All of the people I interacted with at Mac’s Plumbing was a positive experience. Mac’s replaced and moved my old water heater and they did everything: all the permits, the removal, cleanup, plumbing, installation, electrical and carpentry. It was a fantastic experience, and I had gotten 3 other estimates from other companies. Steve, Tony, Tanner and Ed were all collaborative and professional.

Joe’s a good repair tech. He’s very professional and provides good customer service by answering my questions and concerns. I’m giving him 4.5 stars only because I thought he was too quick in his initial diagnosis and was not able to pinpoint the real heat pump issues before he got it working. But he came back and finish the job late at night.

Nate was extremely thoughtful, courteous, neat and organized. The water heater installation went smoothly and looked good. It works well and we are very satisfied!
