Be very careful.......I want to warn others about my experience with Appliance Repair Service LLC regarding what I believe were excessive labor charges. To be fair, the technician (Owner) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my appliance during the first visit. He explained what part was needed but did not have it with him at the time. He said he would return the next day with the part between 11 AM and 1 PM, which was fine with me. During that first visit, I asked how long the repair would likely take once the part was installed. I was told around 1 hour, possibly up to 1.5 hours, which seemed reasonable.
