Jose was excellent! He completely the work in record time and was very professional and neat. The shower looks great and works as it should. The only thing I’ve noticed is that I only have a shower head no handheld shower which is what I had in the past. Is there a possibility that I could get one? We use the installed seat frequently and a handheld shower with a long hose would be beneficial. The pics are before and after. What a difference! I would have liked to pay less but I do love my new shower.

We had a tub converted to a walk-in shower. Nick was the installer that put in our shower and was very pleasant to talk to and very courteous. He answered all questions. And was very respectable to our home. Cory was our sales person, and both were very Nice and knowledgeable about the business Definitely would recommend them

We had a bathtub to walk-in shower conversion. Our installer, "Nick" did an excellent job. He was very thorough with his communication & application of the install. Not only Nick, but the assistant and the plumber guys were great to work with too.

Nick did a wonderful job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The services were all completed as promised. I would definitely recommend Mad City to do your shower or tub.

We had our cast iron tub removed and had a walk-in shower installed!! Jose is very nice, professional and did a great job. Looks Great!! I'm not fond of there selling tactics. 4 hrs. is ridiculous! Hoping they follow through on their Amazing Warranty if needed!!
