We hired Donnie and his crew to build some closets in our home to add two additional bedrooms to the floorplan. He immediately saw mistakes in the plans the first contractor had drawn up and fix them. Our closets came out beautiful and we couldn't be more happy with the results. 5 stars and two thumbs up! We will be building a deck this summer and you will certainly be our first call.

Hired Madden Property Maintenance to complete next-day installation of 2 fans, a pendant and 2 semi flush mounts. During the quoting process, I advised two of the items were in challenging locations and provided photos – one in a vaulted ceiling and one in a vaulted ceiling over a set of stairs. The electrician sent out was very kind and competent, he brought his sister along for assistance, but did not have the ladder equipment needed to get the challenging job done traditionally, and left to go get different ladders which were still not tall enough. This resulted in some creative (& unnerving) rigging of ladders with bungee cords to get the job completed, and the creation of a wooden platform to mount on the stairs to create a flat surface for the ladder. I couldn't be more happy with Donnie and his team. I have to admit I gave them quite a few large jobs that came with a short suspense and they executed my every need down to the smallest detail. They're hard working, they're incredibly professional, but it's the amazing attention to detail and intricacy that blew me away. I'm coming back for any job I have in the future, good to finally have someone with integrity like this in Grove city.
