They do a very good job. Mother nature did NOT cooperate. Stage 1 Quoting: Bryan called ahead to advise he was running 15 minutes behind our appointment (good form). He confirmed where beds were to be and then did measurements. We sat down and he rolled out his company capacity and hardware (enough trucks and people to make it happen). Options were provided for timers, eco heads, head counts and I was not talked into anything-only given the facts. Maddox work backlog was four weeks - it is July and a busy time. Stage 2 week prior to install: Sharon was professional and advised we are still on schedule barring mother nature dumping too much rain. I had a sprinkler system installed in my yard and have had issues starting with the first couple of months after installation. The first year was covered by the warranty. They came back numerous times over several years and they didn’t charge me although one problem that was discovered was they had did a splice in the wiring and never wrapped it with anything, not even electrical tape. The continuous problem I had is it pops my breaker, I just found another splice in the wire inside my garage that awful. Scheduled a turnoff appointment which was confirmed by Maddox the day before by email between 8:30am and 11:30am. Nobody showed or called. I called at 11:45am and they said they were coming from 3pm to 6pm which doesn't work for me. I said I can be home between 3pm and 4pm only and they would not commit. Obviously, it is their mistake and they are really doing nothing to rectify it. Maybe I will get lucky and the guy will show but this truly is unacceptable. I wasted my entire morning to no avail.
