Magenta has been great to work with. They prioritize customer service for sure. They are very transparent and responsive. Throughout the process of remodeling, they were always prompt in showing up when they said they would. Even as challenges arose, which will happen with any construction project, they are fair and quick to resolve. I would definitely consider them again for any future project.
