The assessment was incredibly thorough, and they were out the very next day to address the issues, sealing up the holes in the roof and crawlspace areas. Zlatko was professional, reasonable, and took the time to explain the entire process. The warranty they offer seems almost too good to be true, but these guys are really the best! Maggies was recommended to my by my regular exterminator for signs of possible termites. From the very beginning Zeke was very professional. Before entering the house he put booties over his shoes so as to not track dirt into the house. He did a complete inspection and finally found evidence under my recliner. He mentioned it could be treated but best thing to do is toss the recliner. Zeke explained everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Maggie's to anyone looking for an exterminator.
