They got most of the job done, but they did not follow several terms from our agreement including lowering large branches manually by rope, and trimming adjacent tree branches that were dead. When breaches were discussed, owner Arturo threatened to call police and walk off the job. The "foreman" exploded with a disrespectful, verbal attack. No professionalism. Eventually, after further conversation, they calmed down and resumed work. Yet, there was significant damage to our backyard lawn and other trees. My wife & I had to spend days afterward repairing the damaged areas. I do not recommend this company, as there are dozens of competitors that will perform far better overall without causing the stress and extra expense that Magic Garden caused.

They don't finish what they agree to do.
