I've used the services of magic mops cleaning on two occasions and I must say that I was extremely impressed by the quality of work they did in my home. They thoroughly cleaned my house from top to bottom; and when I say thoroughly, I mean it. They even fluffed the bath rugs, tided up the hung towels and cleaned under the bed. When I can back home, everywhere was sparkling without a trace of dust in the whole house. Magic mops cleaning is one of the most professional cleaning services I've ever used. I had this company clean my house one time. It was the worst cleaning service I have ever used. I asked for a deep cleaning and paid for extra hours. The cleaner didn’t even move items to dust or vacuum. She just wiped around things. There was almost as much dirt and dust when she finished as when she started. And then I was charged for another cleaning after I told them I didn’t want it because the service was so poor so they didn’t even clean a second time but charged me for it. Now no one will answer the phone when I call.

I chose the right cleaning service. This was my first time calling a professional cleaning service, and everything was perfect. I have a small office with a few employees and they did a bang up job. Everything sparkled, looked new. What really impressed me is i have a lot of sensitive computer equipment and they used the upmost care in cleaning it. I believe their rate is reasonable. They finished under the estimated time and didn't overcharge . Booking was convenient and swift. The team who came were very pleasant. I will call again. Great job guys!!

So I hired magic mops to do a deep clean of my house three weeks in advance. I received 6 emails reminding me of my appointment in the weeks leading up to the appointment. On the day of, no one showed up. When I called, they're phone was going to an answering service that had no way of contacting the company directly. Over the next several weekdays I called multiple times to still only receive the answering service, who continued to tell me they could not contact the company. I decided to drive by their address listed on their website and found an empty house for sale in a neighborhood.
