From the first contact with Patience, I knew that it would work out well. I am a project manager with Boise State and Patience lived up to his name and provided me with 4 separate quotes that I could run by the customer. In the end we went with a 20' x 20' concrete pad with 4" depth and rebar to house 2 very heavy shipping containers. At the last-minute Patience realized that the weather on the planned day wouldn't co-operate with a concrete pour so he rearranged everything and came in on a Saturday to do it. That's dedication. The job was completed in one day and cured within 2 weeks. The shipping containers were placed and the pad stood up to lots of heavy dropping without showing any signs of faulting. The WORST job I've ever seen. He pressured washed our patio and 2 hours was painting it! Wasn't even dry!!!! The patio is 3 shades, he came back to touch up spots with a brush! Not a roller, than walked with socks on the patio and now his footprint is on this horrible job he claims he did such a great job on. Grrrrrr .than he has the audacity to call 2 days later wanting his final payment. Absolutely not! A kindergartener would have done a better job. Now we have to hire someone to fix his mess. Grrrrr

They recently poured me a new driveway/RV driveway and then came back a month later to seal/waterproof those.
