I had a wonderful experience with Magic Service. From the very beginning, the company was extremely responsive and kept me up to date throughout the entire process, which gave me peace of mind. They completed the job on time and with great attention to detail. Junior, the serviceman, arrived right on schedule and was kind, professional, and thorough. He explained everything clearly, offered advice for the future, and even shared helpful cleaning tips. The cleanup was outstanding—he left the area looking better than when he came. I highly recommend Magic Service and Junior for reliable, quality roofing work.

Poor workmanship & unscrupulous business practices. The office manager (Kerlange) strung me along for months promising to refund me for poor workmanship. (They put the wrong sized B vent & flashing on my roof.). They never answer the phone & even though I met their extremely ridiculous text string of demands proving the work had to be redone and providing video evidence of it being replaced, they ghosted me! I should have known from the beginning not to use them when they said they only offer a 6 month warranty on their services. Take my advice, do not use this company for anything. You get what you pay for.

I had received two shockingly high quotes before Junior from Magic Services LLC showed up - and he was the only one who inspected my attic, (then the roof), took photos and reviewed them with me to share his findings. His quote was very reasonable, and his office manager scheduled me promptly. Junior showed up on time and got the repairs done in a day. He cleaned up the discarded materials and showed me before and after photos of the roof. Great job, highly recommend!

What a wonderful and honest company to work with. Did an amazing job fixing my skylight that was leaking and replacing my vents, taking videos and pictures to show me the work they did, Junior even sprayed mold killer for me when he was in the attic checking the leak! Would highly recommend this company based on their work and integrity

They “cleaned” the roof and spewed the dirt all over the people and cars below. Would not recommend. Edit: in their reply they allege that we spoke over the phone. We did not speak over the phone and it must have been one of the other cars that were sprayed. Additionally, I do not have a “manager” to speak to. I was a random patron of one of the businesses and have no reason to go all the way back, for what? For the workers who made the mess to pressure wash my car? My car is detail only and I wouldn’t go to a touchless car wash let alone a conventional car wash. So now, I am down $200 for a full exterior detail all because they could not contain their work properly.
