Magma Granite and Marble

WOW ... I don't exactly know where to begin, so I'll just start at the very beginning. Cassandra, Regional Sales Manager, was super personable, easily communicative, accommodating, patient, knowledgeable, & highly efficient! Veronica, whom I refer to as the Puzzle Expert, designed our kitchen and bathroom quartzite countertops. Please note that our particular quartzite is unique with splashes of multi earth tones & various color patterns, & Veronica skillfully harmonized a natural flow. The Professional Installation Team, Shawn & Steve, were remarkable: timely, cordial, cautious, attentive, experienced, & well-organized. Magma granite has been the worst company in my remodel experience. They didn't measure the kitchen right originally, trying to lay fault with me when I stopped their subs from completion. Cut a new piece after sending someone else to measure, and the new corner color doesn't match. They have sent subs here 4 times and the work isn't complete. Then arbitrarily told us they weren't going to finish after I asked them to fix a cracked piece of granite in a bathroom. Granite my wife had to drive 2 hours round trip to pick out because they didn't have enough after messing up the kitchen. 2 bathrooms incomplete, with missing parts or holes for faucet in wrong place. Divets in counter where they tried to repair or polish out rough spots. Milled corners not polished. We had sub contractor

Totally disappointed with quality of service. In the process of replacing counter top. We have repeatedly left messages for a call back to ask when our work would be completed without a single call back. This issue has been ongoing since the start of this project. Spending the holidays with no sink or counter. Thanks Magma!

Cassandra went above and beyond to find the counter top I wanted. She was there to help every time we had a request. Everyone did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them.

The Karen lady that answers the phones named Casandra was completely rude and bullying. She hung up on me after making a growling sound because I simply asked for the price per square foot on a project that is small. It sounded like she would much rather be eating a donut than her job but that’s no excuse. She is the worst individual I have ever come across. This company needs to review her unfortunate employment.it’s funny this company says they don’t give a price per square foot yet they ask how many square feet the project is. The workers came to my house late with no translator. They do horrible work and leave damage in your home. Do not use this company what so ever. Ask lowes for another vendor. They will not fix any issues
