My cream colored shag rug was soiled by our family pet. I took in a stained rug and received back a rug that looks like new! Just an amazing job by the folks at Magna Dry!! Thank you all so very much. Such a friendly and accommodating staff. I was given a timeline for completion and an approximate cost before I left and there were no unexpected surprises. Great people that offer a great service !!

Not only have we benefited from their professional services in the past when our little ones clogged the upstairs toilet with paper and sent a veritable waterfall through our kitchen ceiling (big loud fans for several days that cost a pretty penny but saved us exponentially more), but a couple Magna-Dry guys stepped out of their van today to help me push my vehicle out of a snowdrift. Professional and good-hearted folks!

My basement recently flooded, which led to my furnace going out. MagnaDry came out to do the water mitigation work. I cannot recommend this company more, from Marcy who took my initial phone call to Cory, Doran, and their teams that came out and did the cleanup and sanitizing of my basement. Everyone went above and beyond good customer service. Communication was excellent, and everyone who worked on my problem was prompt, friendly, and more than understanding. It was a very cold week, and in addition to cleaning up the water damage, they set me up with a heater that made my house comfortable and helped prevent my pipes from freezing until my furnace was up and running. Jesus and Alex were very professional and provided excellent customer service. It was apparent they were experts in the area, dealing with smoke damage, the moment they began. I would have given them a 6/6 were it possible. The entire company from the initial phone encounters to the meetings with the supervisor were customer oriented and empathetic. I am allergic to smoke, and Alex & Jesus did a great job towards moving my living space to being a healthy breathable environment again. Thank you Magnadry. I highly recommend them.
