Communication was fast and easy, and they truly made me feel valued as a customer. I’ve had trust issues in the past with other cleaning services, so I was honestly nervous trying someone new. But Maid Brigade completely changed that for me. They were respectful, trustworthy, and so detail-oriented. Very happy with this company. Professional from the top on down. The owner treats her cusomers with courtesy and appreciation for the business, accommodating requests whenever possible. Teams of 2 or 3 very skillful cleaners arrive on time with all supplies and equipment. They assess the unit and get right to work with efficiency and cheerful attitudes. Good job Maid Brigade!

I’ve dealt with a lot of cleaning companies and nothing compares to Maid Brigade! They are on time, friendly and very professional. My house was spotless, and best of all they use no harmful chemicals. Best cleaning service in South Florida highly recommend!

I have an 8,000 sq ft home in Miami, and Maid Brigade came in the day after a big party I hosted. You honestly couldn’t even tell anyone had been there. The team was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond. The company is always professional, but I especially want to mention Connie, who I spoke with on the phone. She made sure everything would be completed by a certain time, sent me a text with an ETA, and the crew was prompt and right on schedule! I will definitely continue using Maid Brigade and will never look back. I’ve tried a few other cleaning services in the past, and their level of professionalism and overall cleanliness simply didn’t compare to Maid Brigade. I highly recommend them, whether you’re looking for weekly cleanings (which I’ll be starting now) or need help afte
