Maid Brigade

We have had a great experience with Maid Brigade. Our regular crew of Jacqui, Amanda, and Celine are friendly, respectful, hard-working and diligent about the details. Our house always feels refreshed by both their work and their presence.

Bought a new home and seller agreed to have it professionally cleaned as part of the purchase agreement. If what I found is indicative of the quality of Maid Brigade's work, I would say, save your money. The place doesn't even smell clean. Note the cobweb in one of the photos.

Customer since 2021. I appreciate that they have at least one consistent team member for my cleanings so there is someone familiar who comes almost every time. While I haven't had any reason to call in for a couple years now that we are in sync, when I first started using the service and we were learning each other's ways and preferences, they were very responsive and even sent someone back to detail the things I felt had been missed. They've been very good with my pets and always considerate when I'm working from home about getting my office ready to go so I don't lose time. I'm pleased that I was able to get on their schedule so quickly and plan to stay a customer.
