What started off with great consistent cleanings, having a pretty consistent cleaning team for almost a year. It has DRASTICALLY changed for the last 5 months. I have had different strangers in my house every month, and either things not cleaned or stated as “cleaned” but not. Then the last straw was when I sent pictures of all the items not cleaned, and was basically called a liar. I was getting cleanings the same time every month. Part of their cleaning checklist is having the fronts of my (white) kitchen cabinets wiped down every month. They left coffee/red wine stains on the front cabinet that holds our trash can. However.. there “justification” of why my cabinets were not clean were due to grease built up and needing a magic eraser to clean them! (Which we hardly ever fry anything.)Th
