I came home to find my home wonderfully clean, as usual. Amber has been coming to my house all but one of the times it’s been cleaned. She does an excellent job and works hard. If there is a new person with her, she instructs them well on my preferences. She is a very sweet person, as well! Jamie was with her this time, and did a good job, too!

I would NEVER, EVER, EVER recommend Maidpro to my worst enemy!! Worst experience ever!!! Wish I could give zero reviews to this “company.” I hired this company to come and do a deep clean. I chatted with the “professionals” setting up the clean on how long it would take, how big my house was and the cost. Two girls came and I walked them through my house and explained what rooms and what needed done. They seems very confident they there would be no issue to have these things done. They said they had an hour and half to clean. I showed them I was paying for 4.5 hours for this clean and they said they only had an hour and half but they would for sure be able to get everything done. And instructed me to call MaidPro and talk to them because I shouldn't be paying for them to be there for 2.25

We have MaidPro clean every other week and love it. Kayla and Allison cleaned yesterday and did a great job with our extra requests. Our house looks and smells great! I highly recommend them.

I was using a different service in Columbia for several years and decided to give another service a try. I called and requested quotes from several places. MaidPro promptly got in touch with me, gave me a reasonable quote, and actually worked with my schedule to set up a cleaning. In addition, Dani (and her team) has done a consistently great job in addressing everything I ask for and even some things I didn't. (The inside of my microwave was spotless). I am so glad I made the switch and am delighted with the level of service Dani has provided.

Asia Ellis did my first clean. She is very professional pleasant, and uses her time and mine efficiently. I will have her come back once a week for sure. My house hasn’t looked this good in a year,, even Bob noticed and he doesn’t see dirt. I am very happy with her.
