Very nice job! Really liked the lady who cleaned our home.

In the beginning, I had questioned the level of professionalism and attention to detail that the service had had. The owner reached out to me and made sure that everything was taken care of. Made sure that I was happy, and re-affirmed my expectations moving forward. AND THEN; Everything when back to “Roadside Motel Room Cleaning Quality “ I’ve had maid service most of my life. I’m telling you from experience just hire someone else. What a complete and waste of time. The price does not match the service. I personally think that the company has ran with too much administrative costs so they push the cleaners to do more work in a shorter amount of time. All they really do is come in sweep, dust vacuum, and straighten up. They don’t actually clean.

We have been using MaidPro for a couple months now. I love coming home to a fresh, clean home. My husband & I are very clean people, but we have 3 VERY furry dogs who like to leave their fur everywhere. Marilyn & Marylin do a fantastic job. They are prompt, very thorough, and efficient. I highly recommend them both!

Beware of their pricing! When I called MaidPro for a quote they required an onsite viewing due to my home being 5,000sq ft. They sent a manager over, but upon arrival she did not come off as qualified to be in management. I asked what type of solution they use to mop floors - she looked confused, and said she didn't remember. There was also a very large language barrier that made communication even more difficult, most of the tour was in silence and very awkward. Then a few hours after she left I was emailed a quote estimating $1,306.21 for Monthly cleanings. I was speechless. To compare, our 2,400sq ft condo cost $223, so if you double that sq ft it should only be around $400...I received a different onsite quote from another franchise for $300. How can there be such a large disparity? T

Maidpro is wonderful! Lisbeth did a great job. She worked tirelessly to complete all of my cleaning. The condo shined. Everyone, including scheduling, customer service and my pro were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend. Thank you!
