Our company just used them in 2 offices. We are continuing the service now because it has been a while since human beings did actual customer service themselves, and we have a point person we can always turn to. Makes a difference in our busy days. I was shocked when they called the day before the remind us they are coming by, and then contacted the day after after to make sure everything went well. Been a long time since I have seen good ol fashion customer service. The clean and follow up are impeccable as well.

Great crew, good clean. I had my move in clean w them as well, was so good I went for monthly,. I like the human factor, someone always answers the email or calls. I have never been called by a company the day before to just remind me they are coming the next day, life is moving quickly, I was happy to have that. Good clean

Maid Pro does an excellent job. Every two weeks. Their work allows me to have guests anytime. And I can relax in my living room whenever.

I used MaidPro years ago and had a very good experience. However, we recently hired them to clean our new home before we moved in, and I was extremely displeased with their service. Originally, we thought that all renovations would be done before move in/before cleaning, so I had booked them for 7+ hours for a first time deep cleaning. That changed, and only 60% of the house needed to be cleaned, which was separated from the renovation areas with thick construction plastic. First of all, they sent one person for a 7+ hour deep cleaning job, which didn't seem enough. But since so much less of the house needed cleaning, it made sense.
