Most recently, Izabel and Jessica cleaned my home. Izabel is the textbook example of a cleaning pro. She was also training Jessica who was as willing and able protege. So wonderful to have 2 people who really care about having a satisfied customer. My cleaner Lisa was through, professional, courteous and careful. Maid pro was the best of any cleaning service I have used in the past. Theresa and Maritza were new cleaners to my house. They were thorough and efficient just as the other cleaners from Maid Pro. They consistently employ the best people. Karla was one of the most thorough and efficient cleaner to service my home. She left it sparkling. wish i could leave 0 stars. house was barely cleaned. the window sills were still filthy and kitchen counter was still dirty. we just moved into a new place and decided to have it deep cleaned as we didn’t have time to do it ourselves (we ended up having to do it anyway after the horrible service). the picture below is what was on the paper towel after ONE swipe of the kitchen counter. they didn’t clean my dining room table either. or any of the kitchen cabinets or windows in general. called manager or owner and she was rude and defensive instead of trying to be accommodating and only offering to have them come back out, but i don’t understand how all of these things do not get done the first time? these should be the most basic things done and having people come to my house is a hassle as

We hired this company to do a move in clean. The house was generally clean, but we asked for a clean of floors, ceiling fans, baseboards, and mainly interior of cabinets in the kitchen. We were really disappointed that they sent 4 women who were gone in less than 90 minutes when it's supposed to be a 6 hour clean. The floors were still brown in the kitchen and the cabinets' interiors were not touched because I had to vacuum them and re-wipe them all down. I shared my concerns and hoping to hear back on how the situation can be rectified.

Katie from MaidPro came to my house on Friday 1/9/20 and as usual, did a great job. She cleans as though it is her own home and that makes the difference. Love her work!
