MaidPro Overland Park

I've been using MaidPro Overland Park for a few months now and am very pleased with their service. They are very communicative if any changes need to be made and welcome any feedback. Katie D cleaned my apartment yesterday and did an AMAZING job!! I got home while she was finishing and she was very courteous and professional.

They did a great job going through my house, from the flooring to ceiling. They were detailed, organized and timely in their approach. Not only were they professional, but they were also friendly, approachable and enthusiastic. You could tell that the company fosters a collaborative spirit too. Thanks!

First, I would love to start by sharing the positives! Yenny is a wonderful cleaner and nice person. We thoroughly enjoyed when she cleaned. Additionally, we had a new cleaner come out and completely skip over the kitchen. They sent yenny back the next day and she did a great job! I also enjoyed that you could pay for the service via credit card. The office was easy to reach as well which I was grateful for. When we moved into our rental, it had never been professionally cleaned and I appreciated MaidPro being available to clean quickly. Unfortunately, the negatives. I felt as though the cleaning never went above and beyond. For instance, the bathroom towels were never folded. Jeanette and Sarah cleaned my home today and did an amazing job. This is the first service I have had from MaidPro. They even vacuumed Choppers bed, he was very happy as well!

My place looks amazing!! Amy came in and did an absolutely phenomenal job of cleaning up my bachelor pad. I have to say that she catches every little thing and she definitely exceeded my dreams on what a clean place looks like. I definitely would recommend Maid Pro Johnson County 5 stars.
