by far the worst cleaning company, the cleaners are great they get the job done, but the company? horrible management no sense of communication, you call and no one answers, they schedule to send a cleaner and if the cleaner doesn't find parking they do home. I have reached out via phone and email and no response.

I am a busy person who was in need of some help cleaning my apartment. I was excited when I came across Maidpro, and after speaking to a representative who assured me all maids perform a 49 point detailed inspection, I went ahead and booked a 4 hour cleaning. The company sent 2 maids who “cleaned” my apartment in 45 minutes. I was left disappointed and upset. The maids were absolutely horrible and did the worse job possible. Surfaces such as counters and mirrors were not wiped down, the fridge and oven that I paid to be cleaned were not clean. The maids told me that they were unable to remove the residue in the fridge, but I managed to remove it with a dish sponge and some warm water (see pictures).
