Parked here for a show at the Morris Performing Arts Theatre across the street. Event parking was $5 which the parking pass showed was good for 24 hrs. The garage was a bit tight in spots but otherwise easy in and out.

Laz, fix your stuff. No ticket. Called customer service 5 times. No answer. Forced to go through with gate open and no ticket comes out. At exit, no customer service answer. No option but to pay max price for a 45 min stay when listed as free for under 2hr. This place should be your last choice if you don’t want your money taken away

I parked Thursday, May 16 while at a dinner. The sign outside said 2 hours free parking and our server said it was free after 5PM. I had NO idea why it needed my cell phone to enter, but after donning my glasses and trying to read the display, I gave them my phone. Leaving after dinner was an experience. There were no clear instructions, so I tried to enter one credit card. (The line behind me was growing). The machine declined it. Tried a second card. With an ever-growing line, the machine also declined that. (BTW, both are cards in good standing and are well used.) Of course, no one answered the phone. Fortunately, some of S Bend's finest came along and helped me out - get out, literally. I don't recommend.

First time parking here. Visited downtown for an event at the Morris Theater on a Tuesday evening. The parking garage was really full but I was able to find parking on the 4th floor. We were gone for less than two hours and there was no charge! I removed a star because it was kinda dirty, smelled like cigarettes, and could use better lighting.
