Cannot recommend this flooring store enough! Eric was patient with me when I changed my mind more times than I would like to admit. We had most of the flooring in our new home replaced with them. The shopping experience was great, never felt rushed or pushed into something that didn’t feel right. The installation process for the hard floors was great, Terry is amazing!! For carpeting, we have the stairs being done and the attention to detail is amazing, they communicate every step of the process and make sure things are done correctly. They will be the only flooring company I ever work with or recommend.

I have bought several carpets from Main Floor Carpet One, but this last experience was the BEST! Michelle helped me focus (there is a lot to choose from there!) and I was able to find just what I was looking for. She even helped expedite the cutting and binding process (right before the holiday no less) so it would be ready for the holidays! We are/were thrilled and are so grateful!!
