Nice place to park to go to to Key Bank Center. The rates did go up to $12 on weekdays, but they are $6 on the weekends. The ramp is pretty empty after 6pm and you can catch the Metro Rail at Church Street every 20 minutes.

Decent place to park for family court or other spots in that area. Easier in/out than some of the other garages.
