Wow, I took a chance and hired Main Street carpet cleaners after reading the reviews, I must say the experience was fantastic. Mr. Chance stayed in contact and reported to work as scheduled and on time. He took his time and gave the carpet a good pretreatment and working prior to the actual cleaning. I waited a day to ensure the carpet was completely dry and I could see the results. The cleaning was excellent. Great job . Thank you for your service.

I contacted Chance to inquire about carpet cleaning services via the Nextdoor app and he responded immediately. First sign as a potential client that the provider is responsive😀!. We scheduled for him to come by for an estimate the next day and was pleasantly surprised to see him arrive early😀! Second sign of an exceptional trait. Chance is a very personable, friendly, professional, courteous and “down to earth”young man who has a lot of knowledge and experience in what he “truly loves”to do resulting in 100% complete satisfaction when he sees the smiles on his clients faces of satisfaction 😀(third sign). Chance and his co-worker (I’m terrible remembering names), fit me in his busy schedule and I’m so thankful! We had carpets steam cleaned per our move out instructions. Previous tenants had a dog and there was an odor that we couldn’t well mask even with febreeze, but after Chance was done, I couldn’t smell the pet odor! I wish we would have had him clean before we moved in. Chance may be in line or even slightly higher than his competitors price wise, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality.
