Main Street Plumbing

I had Main Street Plumbing come out to install my toilet and hook up my vanity plumbing in a 1/2 bath that I’ve been renovating. Ray Salas is the man! He came out, gave me the price, and did it all including caulking around the toilet and making sure everything is water tight. I couldn’t be happier with his work. My only concern was the price. It was just over $600. In fairness he did spend 2 solid hours on the job and i feel it’s worth the expense. Tge best people are worth it.

I called them for a leaking toilet they came in and fixed it and charged way more than I paid someone earlier for another toilet but the toilet was never really fixed because they used some cheap material that’s not even working properly. When I called them to fix the issue they said someone will contact you whenever they will be available but still no one has contacted me and there’s no compensation for water loss because of their poor fixture . I added color to the tank to confirm leak that my mom was complaining since they fixed the toilet and it’s crazily leaking as yellow lines of water are there to show water leak they’re expensive and don’t know what they’re doing and use cheap material Yes off course you came in and replaced it with same cheap brand and now again today it’s leaking

Main Street Plumbing came and serviced our office at Dr. Charles Ashley Mann and Associates in Fuquay. Their service was impeccable and they solved an ongoing problem we had in just one day. The staff was respectable and on time as well. Would recommend them to anyone. Steve was our point of contact and he was amazing!!!!

Haley came to my home this morning to flush my tankless water heater. We recently purchased the home and the water heater had never been flushed. Haley was on time and went right to work. She explained everything to me and I watched her work on and off not to check on her, but to learn. I had never had nor seen a tankless water heater and honestly was amazed. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient when it wouldn’t start up the first time and after cleaning the parts, we had a working water heater! It is my understanding that Haley is new to Main Street and you have a fantastic asset.

Super service. Came within a few hours of my call in the freezing weather to fix a broken pipe in my crawl space (which the furnace repair man told me about--been one of those days you hope to never repeat) and replaced original bathtub drain which was part of the problem. Very happy with repairman's service and his kind demeanor. Felt that repair cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.
