My sister and I are very happy with the excellent service they provide to the community and my family. They always respond courteously and try to help as quickly as possible with the delivery of heating oil to homes. Excellent service.

I paid for oil on a Friday. The delivery came on Saturday that was no problem, I told the driver that the hose had to be thrown across my fence and he had to walk around threw my yard to connect it. He looked at where it had to be hooked up at and said" I'm not doing this" I said ex cuse me what did you say your not giving me Oil after I paid for it! My neighbor came out and was fussing with him because the other company and his company has always done it that way. My son came and asked him if he needed help and he said yes cause he brought a kid with him atleast 7yrs old. He tells my son that he is the owner! If I could give this company zero stars to leave a review I would! They don’t even so much desire to be in business!! The owner is beyond rude! All because I price shop for oil because let be honest times are hard for anyone let alone a single parent pulling all the weight of a home! I called mainline today because my other company changed my delivery date when I explained to the owner what had happened he completely degraded me and said “see what happens when you are not a loyal customer to me, you end up in situations like this. I told him I price shop like others he said “my real customers stay loyal no matter what” I said I’ve used you in the past is there anyway I’m completely out I have no hot water no heat. He proceeded to tell me “that’s not my problem not my concern I’m not taking

Sadly, I will NEVER use Mainline Fuel again. I have called this company in the past for fuel and the office staff isn't courteous or pleasant. Recently one of their drivers ran over the reflector and light that were placed along the driveway of my home. He then proceeded to drive the truck off the driveway and left deep ruts in the lawn. I called Mainline to report my concern and was never given any decent resolution to the issues with the damage to my driveway since I was told I would need to speak with the owner. I called for 3 days straight, but I never did receive a call back. This is supposed to be a Christian based company – I beg to differ.
