Have to say I'm pleasantly suprised how well everything went. After my estimate was provided, it was a super easy process of accepting it and then deciding on a date. The great part is these guys came in, prepped the driveway, spread the tar like professional painters, even getting the sides of my driveway. Not 1 drop on my sidewalk, house or garage floor, yea very impressive. They left the property clean, wipped their feet so not to mess up the sidewalk and left. (Sure you may say that's expected or easy - the point is they did it). Great Job 'Maintain It'

We recently had our driveway resealed after about four years of living in the house. Maintain-It-All worked with the challenging rainy weather of the last two weeks and even had Mark return to fill in the holes after last weeks rain. Everyone with whom I dealt with from scheduling, to power washing, the sealing of the driveway and finally the hole touch up were pleasant, professional and extreemly competent in their jobs. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results of how our driveway looks and would highly recommend Maintain-It-All for anyone to use. Very happy with this professional organization.All staff from the scheduler, estimator ,to the work crew were courteous, knowledgable ,experienced, efficient. They came out to give an honest opinion on what was needed for my driveway sealant. The cost was reasonable and they scheduled me at a time that worked for me, rescheduled due to weather. Due to unexpected rain that occurred shortly after my sealing, there were spots that did not seal. They came out to evaluate and quickly scheduled to come back to redo the entire driveway at no additional cost. I am very satisfied that they stood behind their work. Great company to work with. They arrived as scheduled. Even a few minutes early which was fine with me. They did an excellent job. Some of my power washing jobs were challenging, but it was cleaned well. My porch looks great. All of the dirt and grim was washed away. Before and after pictures attached. The after was still drying. I was totally amazed. Concerns were address immediately once notified. I would definitely use them for my next power washing job. I would recommend Maintain it all to anyone that wants a reliable company that does a fantastic job with power washing.
