I absolutely LOVE this window company! From beginning to end, I had a FANTASTIC buying & installation experience. You can tell that everyone truly cares about your needs & you are NOT just a number to hit a salesquotation. I want o give a special shout out to 2 individuals. First, let me brag on Brent, my salesperson. He is very knowledgeable, caring and answered all my questions - even days later. He made suggestions & provided great insight when I wanted to redesign certain windows. He was diligent and always followed back up when I asked him to. Second, I need to recognize Florencio, who was in charge on the day of installation. He was on time and explained every step of what was going to happen that day. In total, I had 18 new windows and I am so glad I chose Maintenance Free Windows

I highly recommend this company for you window replacement! very professional and best quality for the money you can get. They replaced about 30 windows for us. from start to finish, it was amazing. as a homeowner, this is a huge investment. Brent the sales guy assured us on this investment by showing us everything about the windows, demonstrating the difference in details and how installation will be performed. Florencio the leader of the installation team was very polite and professional, finished the job in two days, windows were put up very neatly, cleaned the area afterwards as well. everyone is very easy to talk to and very respectful. also the communication is top notch. i was getting the update from the initial visit to window order status, installation status, and the follow up.

One of my windows was cracked and they replaced the window with no hassle and the repair man was amazing at his knowledge of how to replace it, so I highly recommend this company.

Brent, my sales guy was so professional and he wasn’t pushy at all! Then Greg contacted me to tell me my windows came 2 weeks early and we were so excited! Installation was fast but I can tell they were careful. I love that they took their shoes off without my asking. Overall the windows look great and I’m looking forward to working with them again.
