For the past 7 years, we have enjoyed a fantastic working relationship with the Maio Building Corp. We have used them for foundation work, for dumpster services and for material handling. They are always great to work with and often exceed our expectations. We couldn't be happier and look forward to a long continued business relationship.

Maio Building Corp was involved in numerous phases of a 6 month new construction project. Their work started with the initial phases and continued throughout the process up to the final phase of construction. The quality of workmanship was top notch throughout the process. They showed up on time and remained focused with the tasks at hand with each stage of their involvement. I highly recommend this company and I will utilize their services again in the future.

I’ve seen this company form & pour countless foundations for elevated houses through New York Rising. Everything from demolition of existing foundations, to helical pile installation to grade beams/footings to new solid concrete walls. They also do a terrific job with all the flat work ie sidewalks, driveways and patios. Recently, I hired them to do work at my personal house and they installed a beautiful paver patio. They do it all! These guys are incredibly professional and incredibly reliable. John Maio is a true professional and all around good guy. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Will be having them do my driveway in the fall for sure!

John did my own house and many of my clients. A smooth clean job, he knows rebar placement and good flow on the cement to make concrete!! He's the best.
