My first experience with Roger was good. Called him back the following spring for sprinkler work, setup a date and time and unfortunately Roger never showed or even called to reschedule. I completed work myself as it was time sensitive. Roger showed up randomly a week later and expected to complete the work. He was informed him that the work was already completed. I decided to give Roger another try as I understand things happen. Called and scheduled an appointment with Roger, once again he was a no call no show. Don't accept work if your not going to show.

Hell of a nice guy, but I didn’t hire Roger to be a friend but to get my sprinkler system moved 10 feet. Going on 5 weeks when I finally hired another company to finish his work. Called every other day to see if he was going to show up which got old . Bad communication , never knew when and if he was going to show up . Even when he said he would be there he never showed. My lawn and trees are dying from not enough water in September (90 degrees) for over 4 weeks! Gonna cost me twice as much now to finish his work. This company is not worth the hassle or stress , I think you can find someone better. If it was possible to give a minus star I would have.

During the installation of the sprinkler system Roger was very difficult to reach and had very poor communication. When he would communicate with us, it was always elaborate excuses as to why he hadn't been in contact with us. - He told us because of delaying our installation over 2 months, he would aerate our yard, which he never did. He also told us that he would come to blow out our sprinklers this year. I asked him at the end of September to blow out our sprinklers and he texted me saying he would be out in early October. Over the last two weeks, I have been consistently reaching out to him with no response from Roger. - Working with him has been beyond frustrating and now we have had to hire another company to blow out our sprinklers being that it is already too late in the seas

5 STARS !!! ...I called Majestic Irrigation and spoke with Roger. He agreed to come and look our sprinkler system the same day I called. Roger showed up EARLY for the appointment, assessed the problem quickly and returned the next day to complete the necessary repairs...all for much less than we thought it would cost. After trying a number of other companies with disappointing results, we are SO GLAD we found Majestic Irrigation. Highly recommended!

After exhausting all of the tools in my (metaphorical and literal) tool bag with my automatic sprinkling system, I called in Roger from Majestic. He diagnosed my problem in 15 minutes and made room in his schedule to get me taken care of quickly. Fair prices, super nice guy, and he even fixed a broken sprinkler he saw while working on the job without charging me extra. I definitely recommend Majestic.
