Excellent Service! We had an amazing experience with Majestic when they came out to replace the pipes for our pool system. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jared clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and he and his team showed up on time, and completed the job with great attention to detail. The quality of the work really shows. They placed the pipes in a way that minimized removing pavers around my pool. It’s not every day you come across a company that combines great customer service with solid workmanship, but Majestic absolutely delivered. If you are looking for a great pool company for maintenance, repair or weekly cleaning Majestic Pools is the one. I have been using them for opening/closing and weekly vacuuming. My pool always looks clear, clean and chemicals are always spot on . Cassandra and Bella in the office are great and so pleasant to work with. Additionally, I have had Majestic replace my pool heater and salt cell over the last 2 years. Solid installations by their service technicians! This year I decided to get a new liner and address some issues I was having with air in my lines as well as moving my filter. We switched to Majestic 3 years ago after working with another company for over 10 years. This was the best decision we could have made. Cassandra and Bella in the office are always available and quick to assist. Mike, Jared and the entire service team are knowledgeable, thorough and communicative. When there is an issue with the pool, the team is helpful and proactive. I would highly recommend. Our pool has never looked better!

Mike, Casandra, Will and Jared expertise has made our experience with having to replace our pool an easy task which it really wasn’t. They explained everything thoroughly and were so efficient in their work and were done in a timely manner. Last year was the new pool and this year we got the new gas pool heater. I have recommended them to others and they were very satisfied as well.

This is our 4th season with Majestic Pool Service. We transitioned after 19 years with another company to Majestic and we are very happy with both how our pool looks/functions weekly throughout the summer months. The office staff is extremely attentive & responsive. With both Cassandra & Bella they both go above & beyond to communicate with the customer. The service team with Jared, Will & Elder do a great job with open/close and any type of repairs to equipment. They are also very organized & neat when working at the house. Lastly, the weekly maintenance team of technicians over the past 3 seasons have become very familiar with our pool and equipment. That team of Ed, Roberto & Craig continue to do an excellent job.
