Majestic Steam

I have used this company for years and was always satisfied. However this time is a whole different story. Different workers, one that struck me lazy and in a hurry. Did 4 rooms in 16 minutes, left all my wood floors outside bedrooms wet and tile floor adjacent to family room wet also. Tells me a stain came out and then 5 minutes later tells me that it could come back. When I callef Kathy she told me that they would send me a refund. After 10 days I called to tell her no refund yet, she says after check clears to call her and they will refund me. When I called back, she says someone is coming back out to the house. Low and behold she sends the same two guys that I was complaining about, even after I told her that I don't want them two out again. I also told her that stain came back and I u

John and his team were here today and my carpets look fantastic! They are thorough, using spot cleaner and going over areas multiple times if needed. I've been using Majestic Steam for decades and they never disappoint!

Company came and asked if we wanted to add deep clean formula which was an extra $100. It took them approximately 20 minutes to do three rooms, loft and stairs. They floor was still not that clean. My wife called for them to come back out. The company called and stated that they would come back out. However, they were advised that we would be home. We were outside in the yard when they were on their way. So the called again and didn't get an answer. We called right back with no answer. When we finally reached him he stated that he wastoo far away and there would have to be a charge . We declined and will seek out another company.

We have been using them for several years now. Very happy with service, they called 30 minutes before showing up. Did an excellent job on the cleaning of the carpet and sofas. Jeremy was so nice, the prices were good. I definitely will use them again and would recommend them!

Had Majestic Steam come out and clean our carpets and our dryer vent. Wow, just wow!! Our carpets are looking gorgeous, and brand new. John and his partner were a delight to work with. Really looking forward to having them come back to clean our vents and power wash the siding on our house! So friendly and professional, highly recommend using Majestic Steam!
