Left several voice-mail's trying to speak with someone. Driver of truck 22 is driving in the HOV lane at 8AM by himself, while he's texting. Very professional look. UNACCEPTABLE for anyone, much less a company.

Great idea, but poor execution. The concept of a small community with an edible garden was something that has not really been done in Phoenix before, at least not to my knowledge. Upon entering the community during construction, I was struck by the fruit trees and various types of edible plants throughout the community. What was once a selling point has quickly turned into an eye sore. Now, in the community for over a year, MAK pulled out and left us, as a community, without the resources to maintain what they initiated. Everything started to die, we're pulling trees and plants left and right.
