I had a very disappointing experience with Makeover Insulation. They cancelled our initial appointment last minute, which was inconvenient but understandable. However, after rescheduling, they did come out a few days later for the inspection and assured me I would receive a detailed estimate by the end of the day. It’s now been over a week, and despite follow-up attempts, I’ve received no response and no estimate. This lack of follow-through and communication is unprofessional and frustrating, especially when I was ready to move forward quickly. I cannot recommend a company that doesn’t honor its own timelines or maintain basic communication with potential customers.
