I have a long story behind my roof but want you to know that Makeover Roofing saved my home. Qusai was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the process and very honest about what he could do to help me. My insurance company didnt want to pay of course but Qusai knew my roof qualified for a new roof and gave me a different option to consider. As it turns out, his suggestion to use a public adjuster was what I needed. Makeover worked with my insurance company and my new roof was approved. And now my roof looks amazing... Did I mention his customer service was amazing as well as the workers that came to the house they work very hard and that work shows up on my roof..Im very greatful..Thanks to the entire team

The process of choosing a roofing contractor had been excruciating until I contacted Makeover Roofing. They were timely and thorough with a detailed estimate and they were extremely competitive with their pricing. Their experience and professionalism during the process was exemplary and they never missed a message and ALWAYS responded until the day of install came around. The crew was very efficient and with a couple of small unexpected surprises with the construction underneath, and they adapted their process and obtained the perfect materials to bridge the gap left by the builder back in 1972. I was referred to Makeover Roofing by a friend after being disappointed by another roofing company. My overall experience was nothing but the best. Omar was sensitive to my concerns and always responded in a timely and professional manner throughout the process. He and his team were exceptional, and the installation and cleanup was impressive. I’m so happy with my new roof. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and communication skills. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!. Went above expectation. Took pictures to share the ongoing situation and the damages. He also use FaceTime when possible. The crew was exceptional. Highly recommend them after the work was done. The place was clean correctly. They did not leave anything, highly recommend this service.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was a frustrating experience. The roofing job took way longer than promised, and communication was terrible the entire time. I had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates. On top of that, they left a mess in my yard and didn’t even bother to clean up properly. What really disappointed me most was the lack of accountability—when issues came up, they either blamed someone else or gave me the runaround. I trusted this company to do the job right, but I wouldn’t recommend them after what I went through.
