Their van driver seem to be rude and disrespectful. There was only 1 electric vehicle charging station left in Englewood and the driver of this company decided to park his van in the spot reserved for EV charging. Clearly it is not an electric vehicle and there were so many other spots he could have parked in, but he decided that he should take the reserved spot. It is not like there were no other parking spots next to this one. I would not trust a business that purposely makes it harder for other people for no reason. There was no benefit to blocking this spot.

This company is terrible. They claimed the part was available, so I placed an order with fast shipping. However, I never received the part. They charged my card but didn’t send any updates. I called more than five times trying to get information, but they just kept transferring me between departments. Two days ago, someone finally told me the part was actually out of stock and admitted they had made a mistake. I requested to cancel the order since I couldn’t do it from my end, but still—no update, no cancellation, and no refund. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back. I will never order from them again. Worst customer service ever.

Just to show you how much this company really cares, I called in an emergency last minute favor to fix my Central Air Unit and the owner of Malachy sent a tech out who did not only fix the problem but he fixed it in record time, a year later the Unit is still working and better than before. Thank you Malachy and Thank you Tech Tommy.

normally I don't like to write bad reviews. unfortunately its the worst service I gad ever received. I had to call second service again for all the appliance they checked and charged me , expensive and definitely don't deserve it

We used this company to fix our UNOX oven (simple leak in the humidity system) from 2016 purchased new in 2017. The “repair” took the course of multiple months as the tech had to order a new part every visit to fix another issue. I would call and leave messages to find what our current balance was with no call back ever. They would sometimes not come on the scheduled day and timing always changed the day of. At the end we were charged almost $2k with no actual fixes to our oven. This charge was taken directly from our bank as these scam artists require you to give that information before they start the job. The best- when we tried to negotiate, to pay something and not stop payment completely, they said no and said to just buy a new oven as it is beyond fixing. We hired another company a
