Wonderful experience with Mallard. They replaced our hot water heater. They arrived with the hot water heater, no time wasted there. They placed tarps down to protect our floors, and got right to work. Professional, knowledgable, courteous, and very reasonably priced. Everything you look for in a service provider. Highly recommend!

I called Mallard for a grinder pump that stopped working on a Saturday. Their technician, Paul, was able to meet me at the property within 90 minutes. He arrived clean, courteous, and was very professional. Paul explained his diagnosis of the issue and costs before the work began. In addition, he explained a few worst case scenarios if he ran into potential issues during the repair. Thankfully, it was simple and the original quote was all that I paid. Paul was able to correct the issue quickly and left the area cleaner than it was when he began. I’ve used Mallard Plumbing in the past for my personal home and I have recommended them to many of my clients (as I’m a Realtor). A special thanks to Paul for coming out on Valentine’s Day! Paul & Dan were so nice! They explained what needed to be done, gave a very reasonable quote for the work & were done in little over an hour! Very happy thank you guys so much ! Second service review: Both techs that came out were awesome! They explained everything they were doing & got it done within 2 hours. They replaced 2 pipes & installed shut off vavles to the pipes attatched to my heater. Super quick!
