I recently contracted Maloney Paving to repave the blacktop apron at the end of my driveway, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their pricing was extremely fair, and they were very willing to work with me — even lowering their original quote from $3,200 to $2,700. When they arrived a couple of weeks ago, they noticed that National Fuel had recently done work on the apron. I hadn’t requested that work and wasn’t aware it had been done. I should have contacted Maloney Paving right away, but life got busy. When I explained the situation, Joe Maloney was understanding and said it was no problem, they’d just need to redig that section, add new stone, and adjust the price closer to the original quote of $3,200. This company does not stand by their work. They paved my driveway Nov. 2024. By March 2025 I had multiple areas where the asphalt is sinking, cracking along edges, and grass has started to grow through. I've called multiple times, I was promised an inspection on 3 occasions, no action was taken on their part. Their warranty is worth nothing because they don't respond if there are problems. I'd highly recommend using someone else, but If you do use them it might be a good idea to budget for legal services, you might need it. Maloney Paving tore out my old driveway this year and replaced it with new stone base/ asphalt. I can say that they surpassed my expectations. When originally calling around to other companies in the WNY area I found Maloney to be very responsive and prompt with communication unlike the other asphalt companies in the area. Maloney showed up when they said they were going to and completed the job without leaving a mess or any damage. I would highly recommend Maloney for any of your residential asphalt needs. Did my driveway last June looked absolutely beautiful and I didn’t park on it for a month to let set up. Over winter lifted and buckled in parts I don’t even park and now my truck is sinking in the driveway. Thought it would last longer. Reached out told I’d be on the list to have it repaired gave me a date that has come and gone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Don’t waste your money on black top. IF you do don’t use Maloneys.

I’ve been trying to line up a pavement job for 2 months with this place.. so far, I’ve only been able to talk to what must be a secretary I don’t know Who she is. I still can’t get any information on where they’re coming up with a price quote for me because I never got anybody coming into my door or talking to me about the job and I’ve been going in circles and getting hung up on and sidestepped continually so I don’t know about this place if they want some work I’m trying to get somebody to do work but it doesn’t sounds to good as of yet! Pretty sketchy.. either they don’t want Work or the girl that works the phone over there. Don’t want work i don’t know what the deal is. I can only assume and we know how bad that is but I’m still hoping at some point that I’ll talk to the person that do
