I liked the product choices offered. Larry came out to measure just before the Covid shut down. Although he was not able to physically work, he never got back to me with a drawing or estimate. AS business began to reopen, I called twice . I received an annoyance tone from his assistant "We are busy", people have been stuck inside and they are anxious to have something new (or words to that effect). However, Larry had been to my house before this. I said if he doesn't want to do the job, at least say so. I am now working with a nice design consultant but I can't stand people that don't have balls. In that case, I guess it is better he is not doing the job

Great experience. It's not the fanciest showroom on the main line, but they carry a wide selection of top brands (affordable through high end custom) and what Larry saves by not having the lavish showroom ends up in your pocket. We've done the custom kitchen thing a few times, and I'd highly recommend the individual attention of an experienced owner/operator over the big shops where the sales guy might talk to the design guy who might have watched an installation once. Larry was our guy, start to finish.
