I highly recommend Malves for any floor refinishing needs. Uender, the owner, stopped by my house to provide the initial estimate and the timeliness for the job. He was courteous and professional. The job was able to be scheduled quickly. The guys doing the job were also friendly to interact with and careful to prevent as much of a mess a possible setting up for the sanding. The finished project came out looking awsome and with minimal mess in my house. Uender and Matt were also giving me updates, including pictures, throughout the process and I appreciate the communication they provided. I will certainly use them again for my next flooring project.

I thought it would take a miracle to repair my hardwood floors that were uneven and done terribly . Wendel’s team of Rashad and Marco performed magic and they look brand new . They are great communicators very professional very neat and prompt. I highly recommend this company. His price was reasonable, and the job was done within a week of getting a quote. Uender provided a smooth transition for our project - hall, dining and living room sanded and stained, posts and railing installed and basement and stairs lvp installed perfectly. Cleanup and crew were excellent. Alejandro and Rashad were very good with their workmanship. Definitely would use them again.
