VCH Flooring

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others don’t go through what I did. VCH Flooring did a subpar job installing flooring in my brand-new townhouse. They showed up late on the day of installation, and then upcharged me on the day of installation for additional glue — something that should have been accounted for in the original estimate since Parag the owner provided the estimate after in person visit. Worse, they damaged my living room ceiling by leaving multiple holes through out my living room ceiling while doing the installation on top floor. This kind of damage in a new home is completely unacceptable. Their workmanship is sloppy — they couldn’t even install basic quarter round trim correctly without breaking it.I have attached pictures here

VCH Flooring. A great company to do business with. Fernando and his partner came to my house to lay a new floor in the utility room. They had to move my washer, dryer and a freezer to lay the floor and than move it back after the floor was laid. The crew was on time as scheduled. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I will recommend this company to family and friends.

He listens to your needs does everything possible to put you at ease and answer all your questions or concerns. Once you choose to go with his company you can expect nothing less than a professional and pleasant experience with his installers! They are on time, efficient and do QUALITY WORK! When they are done you will not even know they were there. They clean up nicely! The Best is that when your job is finished you get a visit from the company owner Parag again to make sure your satisfied!!! Truly an Amazing experience with this company!

Highly recommend! We just had our floors & railings sanded/stained with VCH & love the results! The owner is very communicative & knowledgeable. The crew was on time, hardworking, & courteous.

VCH Flooring installed new vinyl plank flooring over my old tile flooring. Parag and his crew did a top-notch professional job, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Parag answered every email and phone call right away, he was on time, answered all my questions, brought me samples, and installed within 4 1/2 hours. I highly suggest this company for your flooring.
