Managed Moves

We first used Managed Moves to move my brother-in-law from independent senior living to adult foster care. It was a simple move and we were impressed by MM. Fast forward three years we are selves are moving locally to downsize and be on one level. Our realtor gave us the names of three movers, and none of whom returned our calls. Then we remembered Managed Moves, called them up and they were out the next day to give us an estimate and some advice. We did not use all of their services, but we really appreciate their quality of service and range of services. Besides moving us, they disposed of junk, donations, recyclables and hazardous waste. Yes, we could’ve done all that but time was short and they took care of it for a very reasonable price. They were all so very flexible as our needs c

MM moved things I was using and things that had not been unpacked for 5 months waiting for the right apartment. Zack & Reed were incredible! All boxes were handled as if full of fine crystal. Things I did not have time to pack were put exactly where they should go. They were friendly, fast, efficient. Amazing. Wish they had moved me from Arizona to Portland!

This was by far the most unbelievably exceptional moving company I have ever used. The packing was done so efficiently and well, with clear instructions and labels. The movers were fast and efficient and kind. I cannot say enough about how great this team was. I called the first night and left a message at the company with my gratitude for them. I then called and left another message after I unpacked because it was remarkable to see how things were cared for and packed so intelligently. Other companies I have used have been really good - no complaints - but I didn’t realize what excellence looks like until now.

Our move went very smoothly- I appreciated the communication from both Bobbie and Jasper prior to arrival and everything was done in a very timely and efficient manner and everyone was very friendly and polite. We’ve moved many times and personally I haven’t encountered folks who were so nice to work with, including Heidi who really helped me decide to go with your company when I called her with some questions after having considered another option which was nearly twice as expensive- she helped me realize you offer the same services, and that really lowered my stress level. We even came in under estimate which was much appreciated. My parents have already recommended your services to another resident in their new community.

We recently used Managed Moves to help my mom move into an independent living community and the experience was absolutely amazing.
